The PG Independence Showdown is the ultimate July tournament that injects excitement into the ballpark. Every pitch matters, every play carries weight, and players are ready to step up their game. It’s a two-day showcase of competitive baseball aimed at athletes eager to refine their skills against formidable opponents.

As the summer heats up, participants are primed and ready to implement everything they’ve practiced. They have faced diverse pitching, mastered defensive strategies, and learned the art of making quick decisions. This tournament emphasizes thriving under pressure—seizing pivotal at-bats, maintaining composure in tight situations, and adapting as the game evolves.

GPC teams unite talented players who are ready to shine. Expect no favoritism or politics—just passionate coaching, meaningful gameplay, and a clear emphasis on development. Your player will engage competitively, enhance their skills, and leave the tournament with greater confidence and ability.

Required: Extra Innings Pass (Player Uniform & Insurance Package)

All players must have a valid
Extra Innings Pass
to participate. This essential pass includes the necessary items for eligibility and insurance:

• Official GPC uniform — performance jersey and fitted hat (yours to keep)
• Player insurance — required for participation in all GPC events

The Extra Innings Pass only needs to be purchased once during the active insurance period. If your player already possesses a valid pass with current coverage, there’s no need for repurchase.

Please note that the pass is not included with tournament registration and must be obtained separately if your player does not already hold one.
