Parent Coach Experience
Exclusively available to parents of players already registered for our 12U Cooperstown All Star Village (CASV) experience.
Live the Week. Lead the Team. Share the Moment.
Cooperstown at 12U is a milestone.
It’s one of the most memorable experiences in youth baseball — and for each 12U Guest Player Connect Cooperstown week, one parent will have the opportunity to experience it from inside the dugout as an official GPC Coach.
This opportunity is limited to our 12U Cooperstown All Star Village (CASV) teams only.
Your Role as a 12U GPC Parent Coach
This is not symbolic. This is not honorary.
You will serve as an official member of the 12U coaching staff for the full Cooperstown All Star Village week.
As a GPC Parent Coach, you will:
✔ Stay in the bunkhouse with the team
✔ Serve alongside the Head Coach and staff
✔ Participate in lineup discussions and game strategy
✔ Assist with dugout management and in-game communication
✔ Help monitor players and maintain a safe, structured environment
✔ Act as a responsible adult leader and chaperone throughout the week
You are part of the staff. You are part of the leadership team.
What’s Included (Official CASV Coach Package)
As an official 12U Cooperstown All Star Village Coach, you will receive:
• (2) Official Gameday Polo Shirts
• Official Cooperstown Scout Jacket
• Private Q&A with Tournament Ambassador
• Team Ball Bucket & Scorebook
• Inclusion in all team and staff functions
• Full on-site bunkhouse and field access for the entire week
You won’t just watch the experience.
You’ll live it — from team meetings to game time to lights out in the bunkhouse.
Expectations & Standards
Guest Player Connect is development-first, structured, and positive by design.
Our 12U Cooperstown experience represents the highest level of responsibility within GPC.
Parent Coaches are expected to:
• Support the Head Coach’s final decisions
• Prioritize player safety and well-being at all times
• Maintain a calm, positive, development-focused tone
• Help supervise players in the bunkhouse
• Model respectful behavior toward players, coaches, umpires, and families
This role is about leadership, maturity, and service to the team — not personal agendas or playing time advocacy.
The 12U Cooperstown week is about growth, confidence, and unforgettable memories. The Parent Coach helps protect that environment.
Why This Matters
Most parents watch Cooperstown from the stands.
One parent per 12U CASV week walks onto the field, into the dugout, and into the full team experience.
You’ll be there for:
Pre-game talks.
Late-night bunkhouse laughs.
Hard-fought innings.
Moments your player will remember forever.
This is your opportunity to experience Cooperstown the same way your 12U player does — inside the team.
Limited Availability
One Parent Coach position is available for each 12U Cooperstown All Star Village week.
If selected, you will join the official Guest Player Connect 12U Cooperstown coaching staff and experience the week from within the team.
Connect. Compete. Grow.
