You Don’t Pay Until Your Team Forms
At Guest Player Connect, registering is risk-free.
Your card is only charged after your player’s team has officially formed and you’ve been notified.
What This Means
- Hold your player’s spot with no upfront payment
- If a team does not form, you are not charged
- You may cancel your registration free of charge at any time before your player’s team forms
Once a team has formed and your card has been charged, all event registrations become final and non-refundable.
Important: Team Formation Timing
Teams form at different times depending on factors such as:
- Tournament demand
- Age group
- Positions needed
- Roster balance
- Pitching availability
Because every event is different, there is no guaranteed timeline for when a team will officially form.
Some teams may form weeks in advance, while others may form much closer to the event date.
If you are unsure about your availability, we strongly recommend canceling before your player’s team forms.
Why This Policy Exists
Our goal is to keep the process simple, fair, and transparent for families while allowing us to reliably build balanced tournament teams.
Once a team forms, Guest Player Connect begins committing non-recoverable resources including:
- Tournament entry fees
- Coaching assignments
- Roster planning
- Scheduling
- Administrative operations
- Team development and logistics
Because of these commitments, registrations cannot be refunded after a team has formed.
This policy helps us provide a more reliable experience for every family while continuing to offer flexible opportunities to play.
Uniform Package / Extra Innings Pass Policy
The Extra Innings Pass is the required annual uniform and insurance package and includes:
- Official GPC jersey
- Official GPC hat
- Required player insurance coverage
The Extra Innings Pass is separate from tournament event registration fees.
Extra Innings Pass Refund Policy
Because uniforms and insurance are ordered and allocated specifically for your player, the Extra Innings Pass is non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
This applies regardless of:
- Team formation status
- Event cancellation
- Schedule changes
- Player availability changes
- Injury, illness, or personal conflicts
- Any other circumstance
The Extra Innings Pass purchase is not contingent upon participation in a specific tournament.
If Your Extra Innings Pass Payment Has Not Been Processed
If your order is still pending and your card has not yet been charged, you may request cancellation by contacting us.
Once payment has been processed, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.
Uniform Returns & Size Exchanges (Jerseys, Hats & EIP Gear)
If You Ordered the Correct Size But Want a Different Size
If you received the exact size selected at checkout but would like a different size:
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- You are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Shipping costs for the replacement item
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If We Shipped the Wrong Item or Size
If Guest Player Connect made a fulfillment error:
- Contact us immediately
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- We will cover all shipping costs associated with correcting the order
