Welcome to Guest Player Connect (“Guest Player Connect,” “GPC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Guest Player Connect website, services, tournament offerings, and related communications (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are a parent or legal guardian registering a child for participation.
To participate in tournaments or access certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your child. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any portion of it, at any time, with or without notice. Guest Player Connect is not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Participation is open to youth baseball players who meet the specific age, division, and eligibility requirements for each event. You agree to accurately represent your child’s age, eligibility, and skill level to support fair and competitive team formation.
By registering for a tournament, you are committing your player to participate if a team is formed. Team-based events rely on full rosters, and each registration represents a commitment to teammates, coaches, and the event.
All participants—including players, parents, guardians, and spectators—must behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Unsportsmanlike conduct, including arguing with umpires, harassment, aggressive behavior, or disruptive conduct, may result in removal from the event without refund or credit.
Guest Player Connect operates under a 100% Risk-Free Guarantee. Your payment method is not charged until your player is successfully placed on a team and you are notified that the team has been formed.
If Guest Player Connect is unable to form a team for an event, you will not be charged.
Once a team is formed, your card on file will be charged for the applicable event fees. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). Guest Player Connect does not store or retain full credit or debit card information.
Refunds, administrative fees, and store credit are governed by the Guest Player Connect Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on our website.
Key principles include:
If your card has not been charged, no refund is required.
If your card has been charged, refunds may be subject to a $50 administrative fee, depending on timing and circumstances.
Store credit, when issued, never expires and may be used for any future Guest Player Connect event.
The Refund Policy in effect at the time of registration controls and supersedes any prior policies.
Due to early commitments and non-recoverable costs, all payments for Cooperstown All-Star Village (CASV) events are non-refundable once a player is accepted and registered, including tournament entry, coaching, uniforms, lodging, meals, and administrative expenses.
If Guest Player Connect is unable to form a full CASV team, a full refund will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for CASV events.
Registrations for events scheduled prior to November 9, 2025 are governed by the refund policy in effect at the time of registration. A summary of the legacy policy is available on our website for reference.
By providing your phone number and opting in via a separate SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive SMS messages from Guest Player Connect related to tournament registration confirmations, scheduling updates, logistics, weather alerts, and customer support.
Guest Player Connect does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages unless you have explicitly opted in to receive them.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

By participating in Guest Player Connect events, you grant permission for photographs and video recordings of your child to be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including on websites and social media. If you do not wish to grant this permission, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.
Any feedback, testimonials, comments, or other content you submit may be used by Guest Player Connect for business purposes without compensation.
All content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and materials available through the Service are the property of Guest Player Connect and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks. By registering your child, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Guest Player Connect is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest Player Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or participation in events.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guest Player Connect, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or participation in events.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or conduct detrimental to participants, staff, or the organization.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
