SMS Opt-In Disclosure

Guest Player Connect uses SMS messaging to send transactional notifications and informational updates related to youth baseball tournament registrations, schedules, logistics, and weather alerts.

How users opt in:

During the checkout process, users are shown a clearly labeled SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Users must actively select the checkbox to opt in.

Checkbox text:

“By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Guest Player Connect about registrations, schedules, and tournament updates. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
